Come join Aisha Russell, certified Doonya instructor at Mill 180 Park’s first Doonya: The Bollywood Dance Fitness Workout.
The Bollywood Workout is a dance-based, high-intensity interval training fitness program, accessible to all “fitness” levels. Set to the powerful drum beats of South Asia and starting with a MOVEMENT BREAKDOWN, participants are equipped with fun, energetic steps to take them through 8-11 songs. Each heart pounding routine targets a major muscle group through innovative & EASY-TO-FOLLOW CHOREOGRAPHY.
