Music Under the Grow Lights features River Rhapsody.  River Rhapsody is a musical ensemble rooted in folk, rock, blues and adult contemporary music.  They perform original music and covers by renowned and lesser-known songwriters such as Patty Griffin, The Wood Brothers, Bob Chabot, and Sam Beam.  They have performed throughout New England and opened for a variety of regional and national acts and have performed benefits for Swing Left, the CT River Conservancy, and Stone Soup Cafe.  The band is led by Eric Phelps and…

Music Under the Grow Lights features Maryam Mullenix.  Currently a student at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, Maryam is an Amherst-based musician from Malaysia who describes her writing as letters she writes to people, moments or feelings.  She began writing at the age of eleven.  She was inspired by the lyrical style of country music, but wanted to add more pop and alternative styles on the production end.  After years of writing and dreaming, she released her first single "Awake at 3AM (acoustic)" on…
